How long will my Click & Collect order be held once it is ready for collection?

Your Click & Collect order is held for two working days from the date you are notified it is ready for collection.

Once you receive the "Your Order is Ready for Collection" email (and text message if you opt for it) your order is ready for collection at your selected pickup location. Your order will be held at your secured Click & Collect exchange rate for the next 2 business days.

For example, if you get the notification on a Tuesday, your order can be picked up until the end of the day on Thursday.

Please note: if you are not able to collect your order in time, please contact our Customer Services team via live chat, email or phone. We can usually hold the currency aside for longer, but the rate will be subject to change.
