How do I place a Click & Collect order?

To buy currency with Click & Collect, simply place your order online in 3 simple steps:

Create your order - select the amount of currency you need and your nearest collection point.
Enter your details - enter your name, email address and phone number.
Order confirmation - Review your order and confirm the details provided.

We’ll send you an order confirmation email immediately, then you’ll be notified when your order is ready for collection.

Once your order is ready for collection, it will be held in-store at your pre-secured rate for two days.

To complete your order in-store, please bring your order reference number, ID and payment method.
