Do I need to be at home to sign for my Home Delivery?

Yes, someone must be home to sign for your order on your scheduled delivery day.

Royal Mail Special Delivery

For security, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery which requires a signature upon delivery. 

To ensure a smooth process, someone should be at the delivery address to sign for the package.

If the mail carrier is unable to deliver your order, you may need to arrange a re-delivery on a later date.

Please note: deliveries scheduled for Monday may be attempted on the preceding Saturday. To ensure successful delivery, have someone at home on the Saturday before your Monday delivery.
