# Do I need to be at home to sign for my Home Delivery?

## Yes, someone must be home to sign for your order on your scheduled delivery day.

### Royal Mail Special Delivery

For security, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery which requires a signature upon delivery. 

To ensure a smooth process, someone should be at the delivery address to sign for the package.

If the mail carrier is unable to deliver your order, you may need to arrange a re-delivery on a later date.

**Please note:** deliveries scheduled for Monday may be attempted on the preceding Saturday. To ensure successful delivery, have someone at home on the Saturday before your Monday delivery.
