Can someone else collect my Click & Collect order?
Yes, but please let us know in advance. If they are paying by card, it has to be in their name and they must bring their own ID.
If someone else needs to pick up your Click & Collect order for you, that's absolutely fine. It's best to inform our Customer Services team in advance through live chat, email, or phone so that we can notify the store.
The person collecting your order should bring the following items:
- Your order confirmation email, either in print or on their phone.
- A payment method (if using a card, it must be in their name and match their ID).
- Valid photographic ID (a passport or driver's license).
