Can somebody else complete my Click & Sell order?
Yes, but please let us know in advance. They must also bring their own ID!
If someone else needs to complete your Click & Sell for you, that's absolutely fine. It's best to inform our Customer Services team in advance through live chat, email, or phone so that we can notify the store.
The person completing your order should bring the following items:
- Your confirmation email, either printed or on your phone.
- The currency to sell back.
- Their own valid photographic ID (a passport or driving license).
