Can I redeem my Buyback Guarantee in any branch?
The Buyback Guarantee can only be redeemed in the branch where it was purchased originally.
Please note: the original purchase location can be found on the receipt. This is the only location where the Buyback Guarantee can be redeemed - if the currency is returned at a different branch it will be at the board rate offered on the day.
