Order availability depends on the currency and your selected pickup location, but we strive for fast fulfilment.
We keep popular currencies like Euros and US Dollars readily stocked at all our branches to enable quick collection, usually same-day or within 1 working day. For less common currencies, we may need to place a special order, but our goal is to have them available for pickup within 4 working days.
Once you receive your order notification by email (and text message if you opt for it) that your order is ready for collection, the reserved currency and exchange rate will be held for a period of two working days.
