How do you complete a Click & Sell?

Bring your confirmation email (printed or on your phone), the currency to sell back and valid photographic ID to your chosen location.

Completing your Click & Sell is simple - visit your chosen location within 2 days of receiving your confirmation email, and bring along:

  • Your confirmation email, either printed or on your phone.
  • Your currency to sell back.
  • Valid photographic ID (a passport or driving license).

Top tip: if you would like particular denominations for the sterling cash paid out or any other special request, let our staff know instore when you collect - they will do what they can to fulfil your request.
