Bring your order confirmation email (printed or on phone), payment method and valid photo ID to your chosen pickup location.
Picking up your order is simple - visit your chosen pickup location within 2 days of receiving your confirmation email, and bring along:
- Your order confirmation email, either printed or on your phone.
- A method of payment (if paying by card, this needs to be in your name and match your ID).
- Valid photographic ID (a passport or driving license).
Top tip: if you would like particular denominations or any other special request, let our staff know instore when you collect - they will do what they can to fulfil your request.
